The case is being appealed to SCOTUS.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;If Barr doesn't make the ballot, I'd advise his supporters to vote for Ron Paul and Barry Goldwater Jr., who are on the LA ballot for the Taxpayers' Party.&lt;/p&gt;</description><dc:creator xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/">GeorgeDance</dc:creator><pubDate>Mon, 29 Sep 2008 14:57:58 -0000</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
